Make changes to your policy
Renew policy
In the Customer Portal, click on the “Renewals” tab.
Change auto-renewal settings
In the Customer Portal, select a policy and go to “Your Renewal” (which is the last section on the policy summary page).
Cancel policy
In the contact us form, select reason and click cancellation and complete the form.
Manage drivers
In the Customer Portal, select a policy then click “Make a change” select ”Change Now” or “Future Change” then click “Manage Drivers”.
Change your vehicle details
To make the following changes, log in to the Customer Portal, select a policy, click “Make a Change” and select “Change Now” or “Future Change”.
To change the vehicle insured then click “Change of Vehicle”.
To change the permitted use or level of cover or annual mileage then click “Change of Usage & Mileage”.
To change where the vehicle is kept overnight then click “Change of Address”.
Please complete the contact us form to change the registered keeper or registered owner of the vehicle, or to change the registered plate on the vehicle.

Change policyholder details
To make the following changes, log in to the Customer Portal, select a policy and click “Make a Change” and select “Change Now” or “Future Change”.
To change the policyholder’s address then click “Change of Address”.
To change the policyholder’s occupation then click “Manage Drivers”.
To change the policyholder’s email address or phone number please complete the Change Contact Details Form.
Change level of cover
To change from comprehensive cover to third party, fire and theft cover please log in to the customer portal, select a policy, click “Make a Change” and select “Change Now” or “Future Change” then click “Change of Usage & Mileage”.

View and download policy documents
To view your Certificate, Schedule, Statement of Fact, Terms of Business Agreement, Policy Booklet or Insurance Product Information Document (IPID):
Log in to your Customer Portal and select a policy. The documents are in the “Policy Documents” section.
Upload driving licence and NCD certificate
To provide us with your Driving Licence or No Claims Discount Certificate (NCD), please visit our upload documents form.
Request NCD certificate
To request a No Claims Discount Certificate (NCD), please complete our Request Documents Form.
Manage payments
Change Direct Debit payment date of the month
Please complete the change Direct Debit payment day on our Customer Portal.
Change Direct Debit bank account
Log in to your Customer Portal, select a policy and click on the Payments tab.
Restart Direct Debit
Please complete the Restart a Cancelled Direct Debit Form.
Late payments
If one of your payments is late, you can find out about your payment options by logging in to the Customer Portal, selecting a policy and clicking on the “Payments” tab.
View and download payment schedule
To view and download your payment schedule including past and future payments, please access the Customer Portal, select a policy then go to “Payments”.
We can also email your payment schedule to you. Please complete the Request Documents Form.

If you have optional breakdown cover included in your policy, you can call us for breakdown assistance.
If you are unsure you have purchased the breakdown cover, please refer to your policy documents by accessing the Customer Portal.
