We understand that many of our customers may be experiencing financial difficulties and other uncertainties. We are here to help our customers through difficult times, so if you are paying for your annual premium by monthly instalments, we have highlighted some of the support options that may be available to you.

Spread the cost of your monthly instalment

If you have missed a payment and need a bit more time to pay, you may be able to split your missed payment into 3 weekly instalments or pay half now and half next week.

To find out more about this option, please access the Customer Portal, select a policy then click “Payments”.

Change your Direct Debit date

You may find that changing your monthly instalments to a more suitable date helps you manage your payments.
